Winemaking Notes: Whole bunches vinified in a truncated wooden vat. Fermentation occurred spontaneously with indigenous yeast. The goal for the Brouilly was gentle extraction, thanks to pump overs and light punch downs. The wine aged for 18 months in Burgundy barrels. It was bottled without fining or filtering.
