Winemaking Notes: Valdiguie is sourced from Green Valley Vineyard in Solano County, just below the South-Eastern part of Napa. 100% whole cluster fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast in concrete. The fruit is pressed mid-fermentation after 5 days on the skins. The wine is aged in concrete and bottled without fining or filtration and with no added SO2.

Tasting Notes: Juicy blueberry, boysenberry, and dark cherry wrapped in a flaky pie crust. This medium-bodied red with zippy acidity has medium-light tannins and a dry finish.
