Winemaking Notes: About 30% of the grapes used were affected by botrytis. Skin contact lasts 2 months in open vats of Raulí (native Chilean pink oak) without any punchdowns or pump overs. The wine is then transferred to fiberglass tanks for an additional 10 months of aging. Wine is bottled unfiltered and with no added sulfites.
