Kaiun is a 100% pure rice Ginjyo named in hope of prosperity. Using Taka Tenjin Jyo spring water, Kaiun is the product of years of sake brewing expertise. It is produced using Yamada Nishiki sake rice , a short grain Japanese rice that is famously desired by sake brewers.

Tasting Notes: This is a dry and light sake. It's flavors are bright and well-balanced. The palate is mildly rice-forward and rich. Kaiun ends with a dry finish.
