Customers will have 2 weeks - upon receipt of a pre-offered wine into our warehouse - to fill out the offering to receive special "pre-arrival" pricing. Also, pre-offered and allocated wines must be delivered to customers within 4 weeks upon receipt into our warehouse. After that period of time, the wines will be moved to a waiting list or become first come first served as applicable.
