If you would like to become a Cream customer, please contact us at (312) 421-1900 or via email at service@creamwine.com.  All we need to get the process started is a completed Credit Application and a copy of your current State of Illinois Liquor license. A completed Credit Application and copy of your Liquor License can be faxed to us at (312) 421-1977.
