Winemaking Notes: Manual harvest. Fermentation took place with indigenous yeast in small (2 ton) stainless steel open top fermenter. Manual punch downs occurred three times per day. Bottled unfiltered.
Tasting Notes: Orange hue. The nose has white flowers, citrus, and tropical fruits. The palate offers ripe peaches, a hint of honey, and notes of Asian spices. The finish is bright.
