Winemaking Notes: The Semillon fruit is harvested by hand from a single vineyard planted in 1975. Spontaneous fermentation with one day of skin contact. The Hulk is aged for 3 months in concrete eggs.

Tasting Notes: In the glass, the Via Revolucionaria Hulk Semillon presents with a light green hue. Notes of lemon, key lime, jasmine, and white flowers are delivered with an underlying and persistent layer of crushed wet limestone. This wine is vibrant and bright, yet smooth on the palate, showing fruit flavors as well as earth tones of dry leaves. Clean, crisp, engaging, and refreshing.
