Vineyard Source: Located in the southern center of Washington state, Yakima Valley is a high desert region and home to 11,000 acres of vineyards. With plenty of sunshine, availability of water, and diverse range of microclimates, its an ideal location for winemakers and viticulturists to grow and craft exceptional wine.

Tasting Notes: The Yakima Valley Red Bordeaux Blend is a lighter ruby red hue with notes of dried herbs, black current, baking spice, and fresh leather. On the palate, similar tart red fruits lead to a nice mouth feel and acidity with medium-plus tannins, with a savory and subtly herbal finish.

Wine Review: " It's immediate in appeal, with piercingly pure aromas of black currant and raspberry along with a dark chocolate accent. The palate explodes with textured, layered yet elegant fruit flavors, backed by lightly sandy tannins. The balance kicks it up a notch. It's an exuberant, thoroughly delicious offering, with no shortage of freshness. 92 Points." - Sean P. Sullivan, WE, 9/1/2021
