Winemaking Notes: The grapes were sorted by hand, and whole clusters were crushed via foot stomping. The Syrah was direct to press while the Carignan cold soaked for 6 hours and then basket pressed into a stainless steel tank with the Syrah. The grapes co-fermented for 21 days in stainless steel. The wine was racked to neutral oak and aged for 6 months. It was bottled with no additions or subtractions: zero zero.

Tasting Notes: This rosé is full of fruit like bright red currants and cherries. The fruit is complemented by mineral undertones. Pairs well with BBQ and grilled seafood.
