Winemaking Notes: The Pinot Gris went through full carbonic maceration for 6-12 days in stainless steel. It was drained, dug out, and pressed to a combination of stainless tanks (75%) and barrels (25%) to finish fermentation. The wine spontaneously fermented without temperature control. It was not fined or filtered. The only things that go into Marigny wines are manually harvested grapes, ambient yeast, and time. An untraceable amount of sulfites are added, while bottling, to protect the wine as it moves from barrel to bottle.

Tasting Notes: The Marigny Carbonic Pinot Gris is an orange wine build for everyone. Enjoy flavors of peach pie and young apricots. Serve with tapas, summer nights, and second line parades in your backyard.
