Grape Source: Crazy Beautiful Wines collaborated with a family estate that has been cultivating grapes in the Sainte Victoire AOC since the 18th century.

Winemaking Notes: Grapes are handpicked at night to ensure freshness. They are immediately direct pressed in a pneumatic press to retain primary aromas. No maceration takes place to preserve elegance. The resulting wine is cold fermented between 13-16 °C for 15 days.

Tasting Notes: This wine has a beautiful and luminous pale pink hue with a balanced palate that is snappy and bright in a classic Provençal style. Enjoy wild strawberry, watermelon and white-fleshed fruit with distinct aromas of white pepper and stone dust.
