This molasses rum matures in Barbados for 12 years in American white oak barrels previously used for bourbon. Distillation is performed in a pot still. The sugar cane is locally grown.

Tasting Notes: Touches of chocolate, caramel, licorice and raisin show on the nose. Orange and apricot shine on the powerful palate. The finish is elegant and lingers.
