Tasting Notes: The 2019 Aubiks Rosé looks more like a light red than a rosé. The nose shows charming floral aromas as well as reminds one of a Friulian orange wine. Light and fresh on the palate, the wine has exotic flavors and tastes like a savory jolly rancher (think tamarind) with a hint of spice that lingers on the finish. This wine has great width and length to it. Pair this glou glou rosé with a warm summer day, a fall evening dinner party, and everything in between.
