Winemaking Notes: The finest Viura grapes are used for this sparkling wine. The grapes ferment with selected yeast to make the base wine. Later, the second fermentation takes place in pressurized stainless steel tanks using the Charmat method. The wine is filtered under pressure using tangential flow filtration.

Tasting Notes: Grand Chateau sparkling is very fruity with white fruit flavors, such as pear and apple, and stone fruits like peach. It is deliciously fresh and crisp. On the palate, the bubbles feel creamy. The combined fruit aromas have a slightly sweet, but fresh, taste. Enjoy as an aperitif or with seafood and rice dishes.
