Fruit Source: 10 different micro plots are harvested to produce this wine. Viticulture is certified organic and based on minimal intervention. The estate vineyards are located in the town of Lanciego (Rioja Alavesa). This is a field blend of red and white grapes on calcareous clay soils with high iron content.

Winemaking Notes: Carbonic maceration in an open concrete tank is used to make this wine. Fermentation lasts between 7 and 8 days. Aging continues in concrete tanks for a minimum of 3 months before being bottled slightly clarified (with pea powder!), unfiltered, with only low SO2 at bottling.
