Winemaking Notes: The grapes are foot-stomped and co-fermented on their skins and stems. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast. The wine is pressed to stainless steel after two days and ages on lees for five months. A small amount of sulfites was added as bottling.

Tasting Notes: Assyrtiko lends structure, acid and grit, while the Mission and Barbera provide a buoyant mix of red and blue berry fruit. This is a lightly extracted red wine with the bones of a serious white. Bright, crunchy and oh so delicious!
