Malolactic fermentation occurs in tank. The wine matures in stainless steel and about 10% in oak barrel. It is bottled after 18 months.
Filtration and Fining: They use vegetable fining agents (green peas, potatoes). Tangential filtration occurs after the harvest and plate filtration occurs before bottling.
