Bunraku Junmai Dai-Ginjyo is brewed using 100% Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Yamada Nishiki grown in Hyogo prefecture, the birthplace, has a reputation for quality, and what is considered the best rice is that which is produced in the district of "Toku A" (special A fields) located in the cities of Miki and Kato in the western part of Mt. Rokko. The clay soil and large diurnal temperature swings is perfect for producing rice.

Tasting Notes: The Bunraku Junmai Daiginjo is intensely pungent and fruity on the nose with tropical aromas like guava, kiwi and mango. It is sweetly opulent in the mouth with rich layers of perfume that alternate between floral and tropical. It finishes crisp and dry with excellent balance.
