Tasting Notes: The Terre Gaie Pinot Nero Brut Rosé sparkles and dances in the glass with it’s lively and persistent bubbles. The bouquet is fresh, flowery, delicate and fruity with hints of strawberry, apple, currant and apricot. This sparkling Pinot Nero is smooth and well balanced with lively acidity. It is perfect to enjoy as an aperitif, light appetizers, and first courses; try seafood or white meats such as rabbit, chicken or veal.

Winemaking Notes: The Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) must lightly macerates with the skins to create a beautiful pink hue. After primary fermentation, the wine is placed in temperature controlled steel tanks (Charmat method) where it slowly ferments becoming sparkling after about 90 days. It is filtered and cold bottled.
