Harvest: Takes place at full maturity in September and is performed mechanically.

Vinification: Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, favoring a prolonged contact of the grape skins with the must. Malolactic fermentation occurs in the month of November. Aging takes place at first in stainless steel tanks, then for at least three months in cement vats and finally for at least another three months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes: Ruby red color. Typical scent for this grape variety, intense, persisting with notes of wild berries and soft spiced undertones. Harmonious, balanced and optimally structured taste with a rich pattern of sweet tannins.
