    The 2021 Morgon comes from vines farmed organically since 2003 and because of the smaller quantity, it was only matured in barrel and not concrete as normal. Red cherries, crushed strawberries and light Provencal herbs on the nose. The palate is medium-bodied and cohesive with fine-grained tannins. A fine sour cherry note and a fair dollop of white pepper that enlivens the finish. Excellent.
