About the Wine: This wine is made from 80% Albillo Real grown on sandy soils and 20% Sauvignon Blanc from Vega Sicilia vineyards. The Albillo ferments in stainless steel and ages for about a year before being blended with the Sauvignon Blanc. The Sauvignon Blanc is barrel fermented. The resulting wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with a minimal addition of sulfites.

Tasting Notes: This is wide and dense white with honey notes and wonderful texture. It is perfect for fall and winter months; enjoy a glass by the fire or with your favorite cheese course.

About the Labels: Zephyros is the name given to the god of the west wind, one of the four seasonal Anemoi (Wind-Gods). Viento is Spanish for the word wind. The labels for this wine are made by the wind in each vineyard. View the video below for more information.
