Otto is Prà's entry level Soave Classico. It is a blend of multiple parcels between 30 and 60 years old.
Pruning System: Pergola Veronese and Guyot
Winemaking Notes: The grapes are softly pressed before undergoing fermentation at 54-58 degrees Fahrenheit. The wine ferments and matures in stainless steel vats. Otto does not undergo malolactic fermentation.
Tasting Notes: The bouquet is bursting with notes of flowers (hawthorn and jasmine) and bright yellow fruit (lemon, peach and apricots). On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and flavorful, full of citrus fruit and clear mineral notes. It is dangerously delicious! Really good as an aperitif paired with delicate bites or sweet Parma ham and fresh cheese. Excellent with pasta, seafood or vegetable soups.
About the Name: This wine is named after Graziano's beloved Border Collie.

"A lithe, light-bodied white, with pleasing vibrancy and focus to the mix of nectarine, grated ginger and orchard blossom flavors, backed by zippy acidity. This is hard to stop sipping, ending with a lingering, stone-tinged finish. Drink now through 2023."
