Winemaking Notes: Grapes are sourced from Mencia vines planted in 1963 (50+ years old). The grapes do not see oak. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks (direct to press). Some of the carbonation is kept in the wine during fermentation to exhibit some fizz at the time of drinking.
Tasting Notes: Aromas and flavors of strawberries, red-currant and white pepper show very good clarity and energy. Liquid Geography is a concentrated yet lithe rosado, with a nervy acid structure providing shape and lift. It finishes taut and minerally, with an echo of red berries.
