2006 O'Reilly's 'nectarine-inflected' Pinot Gris paired with Steve Corry's (Five Fifty-Five, Portland, OR) Knuckle Sandwich, his version of the New England Lobster Roll.

The 2005 tropical-fruited Rombauer Chardonnay is a 'nice echo' to April Bloomfield's (The Spotted Pig, NY) Seared Scallops with basil, anchovy and sweet corn pudding.

Try the black-cherry rich 2005 Tikal Amorio and the jammy 2005 Budini Malbec as a great partner to the Fourth of July Strip Steak with Chimichurri Sauce.
